Guitarist Gregory Guay has performed as a soloist in the Guitar Foundation of America Festival, Piccolo Spoleto Festival, various universities, and for the Holy City Guitar Series. He has performed in ensembles such as the Charleston Symphony Orchestra, Charleston Gospel Choir, the Tu-Guayguitar & violin duo, and Caja de Cuerdas, a latin inspired group. Gregory received his Masters Degree in Classical Guitar at Appalachian State University and his Bachelors and Artist Certificate at College of Charleston, receiving scholarship and awards for Instrumental Excellence. His guitar talents and versatility range from Bach to Beatles; traditional Spanish and Latin works to modern improvisation and composition. He founded LowCo Suzuki Guitar Studio in Mount Pleasant, SC where he teaches classical guitar.
